Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns
• Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copies and coordinate creatives with the design team
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and GTM
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and overall campaign performance
• Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management
• Strong understanding of PPC, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
• Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
• E-commerce or lead generation campaign experience
• Experience with A/B testing and remarketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and overall digital marketing strategy
