OPERATIONS
MAINFEST

Through Manifest, you can arrange and pack various consignments in a single container. The following procedure implies on Manifest. Create a new manifest

  • Select the station, type (P bags/Container), carrier type (Air/Sea) and add other basic information.
  • View or search your pending or completed manifests.
DE-MAINFEST

In De-manifest when consignments are reached to their respective locations they are sorted and arranged separately. The following procedure implies on De-Manifest. • Create new de-manifest

  • Select station, add vessel and container numbers.
  • View or edit the De-Manifest list.
DELIVERIES
  • Create a new delivery.
  • Select Station, Courier and add your unique consignment number.
  • Search your consignment by your Consignment Number.
  • Add notes as a reminder
  • View, edit or delete Deliveries
  • Print your delivery sheet
INVOICE
  • Create a new invoice
  • Select station, customer user-name and consignment number.
  • The grand total will be calculated automatically.
  • Track the list of completed and pending invoices

Management

ROLES & PERMISSIONS
  • Create a new role
  • Assign a status (active/inactive) and grant employee permissions
  • Edit or delete roles
  • Search roles by their role name
DEPARTMENTS
  • Create a new department
  • Assign a status (active/inactive)
  • Edit or delete departments
  • Search departments by department name
STATIONS
  • Create new stations
  • View, edit or delete stations
  • Search station by station name, IP address or description
EMPLOYEE
  • Create new employee
  • View, edit or delete employees information
  • Search employees by their username, email, role or age.

Customers

  • The customer module manages a list of customers.
  • The list has all the details of your customers including their personal information and status.
  • Create, view, edit or delete customers.
In customers, we have two categories:
COOPERATIVE CUSTOMERS
  • Cooperative customers can manage their own business.
  • They have access to our CMS.
  • They can add, delete or edit pickups.
  • They can manage lists.
  • We generate their invoice and monitor their activities.
WALK-IN CUSTOMERS
  • Walk-in customers only pay cash and we manage their business in return.
  • They ask questions to us regarding their orders.
  • They don’t have access to our Management System.

Pickups

  • This module in our Cargo Management Solution will help you add, delete or manage the pickups.
  • Create new pickups by adding your customer and driver details, and choosing a pickup date and location.
  • You can quickly access your pickups by date, name or type of status so that you can easily manage or change them.

Consignment

  • Create a new consignment by adding the consigner, consignee and consignment details.
  • Manage disputed or delivered consignments
  • Search your consignments by date, name or type of status.
  • Easily view details of your consigner, consignee, and consignment.
  • Manage your prices through the billing module according to the weight of the package, different duty taxes and
  • Other pricing categories.
