Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience to help manage the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management Guidelines, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to meeting project timelines and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various phases of project development.
- Facilitate communication between teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, ensure milestones are achieved, and track progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Assist with onboarding and training team members when necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the testing and post-launch phases of the project.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Project Management Guidelines and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
