Most companies do not look at outsourcing because they want the cheapest person available. They normally come to us because hiring locally is taking too long, the internal team is already busy, or they need skills that do not make sense to keep in-house full time.

Some clients start with one project and later move to a dedicated model. Others only need one specialist. We do not force every outsourcing requirement into the same package.
Outsourcing is not a shortcut for a project with no direction. If nobody can approve work, requirements keep changing every day, or access to the existing system is missing, the project will slow down regardless of where the team is located.
We prefer to identify these issues at the start. A clear decision-maker, access to the current system and a realistic list of priorities usually save more money than simply choosing the lowest hourly rate.
The biggest concern with offshore outsourcing is normally not technical skill. It is whether the team will still answer, understand the business and take responsibility six months later.
That is why we prefer long-term working relationships. We do not want every task to start again with a new person who knows nothing about the project.

A cheaper developer who needs the work explained five times is not cheaper. Neither is a project that has to be rebuilt after launch.
When comparing outsourcing companies in Pakistan, ask who will manage the work, how often you will speak to them, whether the same people stay on the project, how QA is handled and who takes responsibility when a task crosses development, hosting and marketing.
Those questions usually tell you much more than the hourly rate.
Yes. A large part of outsourcing work starts with an existing system. We first review the code, hosting, database, access and current problems. If the project is maintainable, we continue from there. If something needs to be repaired before regular development can start, we explain that separately instead of hiding it inside a monthly resource fee.
You do not need to move your whole IT department to Pakistan on day one. Start with one project, one developer or one area of support. It gives both sides a chance to understand how they work together before the engagement becomes larger.
