We are hiring a skilled HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in human resource functions. The ideal candidate should hold an official degree in HR and have a solid understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist in performance management processes and training coordination.
Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS).
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
